It's one of the most deranged and intense hentai ever made, it's not quite on the same level as 'Euphoria' but when it came out it was the worst of the worst. And that, for whatever reason, made is super popular so they went on to make like 4 or 5 more spinoffs/prequels/sequels/etc.
